Every Draw, Verified in the Field.
Independent draw inspections and cost reviews for commercial lenders. We walk the site, check the pay application against work in place, and send you a clear funding recommendation with photo and drone documentation.
Services
Our background is engineering, architecture and construction administration. We put that to work for banks so every dollar released matches what is actually built.
A site visit for each pay application, with percent complete documented line by line.
Before the loan closes, we review the budget, plans and schedule of values for gaps and red flags.
Every report carries captioned site photos, plus aerials that show the whole site at a glance.
